“Staff here has exceptional customer service. I came here because it was close to Bangli for an extended stay. I was always treated with respect and the entire staff had a uniform mindset of hospitality. I was very pleased with the accommodations, the resort is a pretty place with a relaxing way to reconnect to nature and breathe clean air. The chefs were always polite and accomodating and were diligent to provide a positive customer experience as well. I did not partake in the meditation events, but I still found this place to be a relaxing getaway to hunker down and get some remote work done. I highly recommend getting a scooter rental, which the staff can easily connect you to people for help. The street to Puri Saron is walkable if you need to go to a 24hr market to buy convenience store supplies, snacks, etc, and's also right next to laundry if you want to save a little bit, but the hotel staff offers this service also. Nature is also a bit suprising to me. Expect to find some bugs! But that doesn't mean they are a problem. The rooms are very well controlled, and if there's a serious issue the staff is diligent to help. That said - in the jungle the bugs are not aggressive, and they eventually contribute to a delightful part of the experience.”
