“The whole building is big, you have the feeling wow it's great. The responsiveness of the personal was very good when they understood me. I had a very disappointing stay at Zenith Premier Hotel in Baubau. From the moment we arrived, there were issues. First, the concierge was nowhere to be found, so we had to struggle with our luggage on our own—no help whatsoever. Then, the real problem: the bed sheets were dirty. I tried calling housekeeping, but nobody spoke English. I then called the reception, and after using Google Translate, I managed to explain that I needed clean sheets. Someone came to replace them, but unbelievably, the new sheets were just as dirty as the previous ones. Seriously? This is supposed to be a "premier" hotel—at the very least, staff should be able to communicate in English, and basic cleanliness should be a given. If you can't train your staff to communicate, at least make sure the laundry is in order. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend unless management takes serious action to improve.”
