“I booked a Junior Suite and paid a premium price, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. The room was located on the 3rd floor, and right from the start, the ceiling lights weren’t working. While I chose to overlook that, the real issue was the air-conditioning—it wasn’t cooling at all, even after running for over three hours. Since I checked in late at night, I didn’t bother requesting a room change, but it was definitely inconvenient. The next morning, I discovered that the fridge in the room wasn’t working either—everything I had stored inside was warm. On top of that, I went to use the fitness center only to find that all the treadmills were out of order and unusable. When I headed down to the café for breakfast around 8:30 AM, most of the food was already gone and not replenished, which was another disappointment. For a hotel that charges a premium, I expected much better. To be fair, the staff were friendly and polite, and after I reported the fridge issue, it was promptly replaced. Still, the condition of the facilities and overall experience do not justify the price I paid. Sadly, I won’t be returning. This hotel needs serious updates and maintenance before it can be considered good value.”
