“So disappointed with this Hotel. The staff are excellent nonetheless. The hotel is not maintained as per 4 Stars rating in Agoda I will not even rate it as beyond 2 out of 5 at the most because of the service staff. It is a shame. Supposed to stay from 25th Dec 2023 - 30th Dec 2023 but check out on the 26th Dec 2023 just after a day because of this experience. The hotel is just not maintained. The aircon, the carpet, the wallpaper, the broken fixtures, the swimming pool and on and on. Just a lot to mention on this establishment. . Feels like being scammed on the false advertisements. I lost a lot of money and for the sake of my vacation from turning upside down, I changed hotel on the 2nd day of my stay and it is the totally the opposite of this miserable experience. Please do something, you are ruining your image and establishment. I wondered if the chain is serious about their commitment to ensure good memorable hotel guest experience.”
