“- Perfect location - Very nice building - spacious suite - they try to be premium, but have only seen it on pictures -- try to sell the illusion of the castle the hotel is located in, but in too many cases they cut the costs and are cheap - the food is mediocre, the main problem is the selection, there was no child safe dish in the dinner buffet, half of the breakfast was some kind of eggs - petty things, like my kids accidentally broke one of the not new room cards (absolutely plain white credit card sized rfid card), we had to pay 25 USD for the "damage" -- our bill was 1500 USD for the 3 nights, it should have been forgiven - the pool area is a miss: the main indoor pool is 1.5m (too deep to sit, too small to swim), the indoor hot tub is OK. - outdoor hot tub, again, petty, 10 USD / 15 USD for 30/60 min (should be reservable FCFS) - petty 3: dinner desserts thawed frozen industrial, OK quality, but then cut in half :-) - not sufficient ventilation in the bowling alley - the suite had actually no comfortable chair, lot of floor space empty”
