“A good hotel for a short stay. The property is quite new and modern, with a great location within walking distance of Keleti Railway Station and the city center. The breakfast is simple but of good quality, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the possibility of leaving my luggage before check-in and exploring the city while my room was being prepared. The room itself was clean and cozy, with an extremely comfortable bed. The different lighting options created a nice atmosphere and made the room feel even more comfortable. On the downside, the bathroom could use some refreshing. There was a slight damp and moldy smell, although it was not a major issue. Another disappointment was related to my Genius benefits. I was supposed to receive an upgraded room with a window, and I even confirmed this directly with the hotel before arrival. I was assured that my room would have a large window—but it turned out there was no window at all :) That said, I was allowed to check in several hours early (which I really appreciated), so I guess we can call it a fair trade: early check-in instead of a street view!”
