“Booked a private room for me and my love. The location of the place is hard to find at first as it's deep inside a building. Had to ask a local residing in the building on where to find The Nap as there are multiple lifts towards different parts of The Nap (incl. the self check in kiosk). The self check in went smooth, it also gives you an option to add an early check-in/late check-out (for an additional fee). If you can read and follow instructions properly, the self check in would be easy. The inside of the room is fairly decent, the bed is comfortable enough with 2 pillows per people, a small table, private bathroom, and just enough space to put your luggage on and some other things. The only issues somehow that I found inconvenient were the following: the towers provided were too small (face tower sizes, although you can get extra towels in their self serve cabinet of toiletries), and the electric socket and adapter were kinda too loose. But overall, great location as it's very near TST stations, stores, and other areas of interest”
