“We stayed here for three nights. The hotel is located a short distance from the MTR station, and has many bus stops close by The room was small (we expected that), but functional; with a comfortable bed and tidy / spacious bathroom Breakfast was the average breakfast, with western and local food on offer. being a large hotel, there were always many people at breakfast; but there was also lots of space to move around and tables too sit at Check-in was a bit crazy and took a long time, with only one counter open (the All Priority one), and they had a large group of young people trying to check-in and standing around). Thankfully, the hotel opened a second counter as well. Boris, at check-in was great, acknowledged our status/loyalty, gave us an upgraded room (higher floor), explained gym/pool/lounge timings, etc The lounge was very good, open till 8:00 pm (a lot of the Accor lounges now seem to close at 7:00 pm); with a decent selection of drinks and food, and excellent and friendly staff. However, the low chairs were not that comfortable... A very early morning check-out was quick and efficient. The young lady at the check-out was very helpful, assisted us to get an Uber, and even ran over to open the door for us when she noticed we were struggling with our luggage All in all, a good stay. Comfortable room, excellent staff in a good location. We'd stay here again when next in HK.”
