“I like that 1. there is actually 'extra' space in the room - where the whole family can gather and chat and share the snacks we 'gathered' along the way 2. the location is very convenient 3. the MRT is not too far away 4. Lots of charging points in the room 5. there is separate toilet and bath I didn't like 1. leaving the luggage - it was a 'common' area with lots of other guests luggage being left there. 2. it was a bit hard to locate the hotel - especially there is another hotel with similar name. We almost went to the wrong hotel. 3. there was no coffee or tea in the room - apparently there is, but we couldn't find it.”
