“Room didn't look as good as the photos, I felt that I was staying in a student hostel. Also, there wasn't even a bar of soap. So what happened is that this is actually a service apartment that was going to be handed over to new owners on Dec 15. As a result, the property's tenants were leaving, and there were gaps in occupancy in between. So I heard they wanted to make money out of these few nights, and decided to operate as a hotel. Sure, one should not expect amenities like a hotel. But as a guest, I was not informed about this prior to checking in. I arrived at night to find no shampoo, shower get etc in the bathroom. You had to pay HKD80 for a pack which included some other toiletries. Not sure of the quality, I decided to buy from a convenience store instead. Of course, these weren't great either. This kinda marred the experience. But i don't think the management would care about this review anyway. That said, the location was great and the staff i met were nice ”
