“The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are beautiful, and the pool area is lovely. The Pool Suite we booked was not available upon arrival, but nobody informed us. Instead, we were given a room with a hot tub and told it was an “upgrade,” which it wasn’t, as it wasn’t the room we had specifically booked. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. The receptionist only explained after we questioned it, first saying it was an upgrade and then that the rooms had been overbooked, without offering a solution. The manager later blamed a fault in their booking system. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and accountability left a poor impression.”
