“AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We arrived early hours Monday morning to be greeted through a side door and rushed through check in as they wanted to go home as reception usually closes at 12am. We were given our key and told we was on the ground floor, if you struggle with stairs avoid there are no lifts in these apartments at all and having to carry your luggage can be a struggle. Once getting into our room absolutely exhausted from travelling we came across a broken air con making an absolute racket, a broken balcony door which was falling off its hinges. I thought it couldn’t get any worse.. The sheets were covered in dirt and stains, and we had bed bugs which is appalling when contacting the hotels emergent WhatsApp we was told this would be dealt with in the morning! So we contacted love holidays to try and resolve this and move hotels but ‘we don’t fit the criteria’ It is currently mid day the following day on the phone to love holidays as the hotel moved us rooms which was just as bad. The staff are rude and have no respect or manner.”
