“The location is great; right at the beach. It’s a family run hotel and Elektra and her two daughters work so hard to give the guests fantastic service and a happy holiday. Kostas lets the team down; he can often be heard yelling at his family, staff and even guests. He can be pleasant but can also be very argumentative. The hotel is overpriced compared to other hotels which offer much better facilities for less cost. The advertised “included” extras were not included and I had to pay an extra €60 for the transfer. The shower sprayed water everywhere and leaked so that the bathroom floor was wet and slippery. The whole place needs renovating and the beds are sagging.”
