Stratos Apartments and Studios is a family business hotel opened in 1992. Stratos family works in the tourism field since 1982, when Mr Stratos and his wife opened their first business in Parikia . In 1992 this new hotel started to run, and in 1995 “Stratos Rentals” started to operate in the car and scooter rental services field. Nowadays all the family works with passion in both the businesses with the aim of satisfying the everyday requests of the customers providing high quality services. Stratos Apartments offers a variety of different accommodations to suit all tastes and budgets: rooms, studios and apartments. All studios and apartments are provided with private bathroom, air conditioning, free wi fi access, flat – screen television, refrigerator and cooking facilities. Communal areas include a bar/cafe and breakfast room, with an outside shady courtyard dripping cooling green vines and bougainvillea, and also a large open balcony area with panoramic sea views to enjoy the spectacular sunset on the bay of Parikia. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Parikia less than 1 km away from the port of Parikia, 5 minutes by walk from the town center and seafront (where restaurants and bars are mainly located) and 10 km far from the airport. Access to the beach directly below the hotel is via the small steps on the side of the building. Souvlia (or Delphini) beach is a 5-minute walk and the long sandy beach of Parasporos around a 10-minute walk. A bus stop is located near the hotel connecting to the most popular beaches of Paros and the airport. Cars, scooters and atv/quad for rent are available on site by asking directly at the reception that is open 24 hours. In order to ensure that customers enjoy the most of their holidays, the hotel staff is always at disposal to satisfy the different needs, providing the map of the island, tourist information, excursions bookings, sport and recreational activities information.
