“I had a 2-night reservation at the hotel between August 13 and 15. When I arrived at 10:00 PM on August 13, I couldn't find anyone at the reception. I called the phone number Booking.com gave me 7 times, but no one answered. Then I went to the nearest restaurant and asked the owner if they knew the owner of Kyma Hotel. The woman called the hotel owner for me, but he didn't answer. I had to spend the night at another hotel. Because of the hotel owner, I had to pay 130 euros to another hotel. During the reservation, I accidentally made a reservation for 1 person instead of 3 (I don't know how this happened). When we went to the hotel the next day, he started yelling at us about it. However, we were willing to pay the extra fee to make up for the mistake. It was a mediocre hotel with very poor hospitality. I would never recommend it”
