“The hotel was great for me to get around with a mobility scooter. Huge lifts which accommodated both me plus scooter, my husband & at least 2 other people. Largest we have ever had 😄 11/10 😀 Pools very accessible from numerous points. Great Aqua Arobics classes ~ thanks Flavia. As with most hotels the staff when you asked for assistance were quick to oblige but some went over & above especially ladies & gentlemen in the Spa. If you are mobility challenges the hotel is brilliant to get around. Hotel could have reserved a table in the dining room to accommodate people with mobility issues ~ fortunately more often than not we were sat where we didn't cause anyone else a problem with my walking aids. Unfortunately the surrounding areas aren't ~ lamp posts in the middle of the pavement; notice boards from businesses blocking the pavement so you have to use the roads. I know this isn't the responsibility of the hotels but holiday makers need to beware.”
