“I was expecting more from this hotel. The check-in process and staff was superb. Friendly and helpful. Same during the all-inclusive meals at the restaurant. Bed is comfortable. Now the not so good part, room was not clean enough. Lots of killed mosquitos marks on the wall ( blood marks ) . Shower didnt have enough pressure. The bathroom was not well cleaned - when we first entered it , you could see the sink and mirror were dirty. One night there were couple people outside drinking and singing after midnight and hotel didnt do anything to stop the loud enviroment. With tours leaving so early, it's hard to sleep with that noise. AC was leaking water at the entry hall in our room. You have to fight for a parking spot if you have a car. Limited parking and have to park in so many different locations inside the hotel area. One day we parked at some place that was not allowed and the staff just put the chain on top of the car , blocking the road. ”
