“The location is amazing, especially the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The garden is greatly mantained and there is also a nice playground and a zoo zone. Breakfast is really nice. Rooms are very spacious. Hot tub wasn't working. We were told it was because of children staying in the hotel but didn't really make sense not to be able to use the one in our room. No restaraunt, just snacks. It is kind of noisy most of the time even if the environment looks very relaxing. Cleaning staff was vacuuming during our afternoon nap time. Swimming pool wasn't open and sauna had to be paid additionally (it was written in the instructions but it was a bit misleading to see them in the pictures of the property and not be able to use them). Furniture is a bit old and worn out including shower head which was leaking. Staff doesn't speak English very well.”
