“The only thing i like was the pleasant staff and the swim up room. This was the first time in my life that I walked into a hotel room and found absolutely nothing. There were no dental and first amenity kits. I asked the manager to provide the missing amenities, but the only thing we received was a pair of slippers. The TV wasn’t even a Smart TV. It was only after I complained and explained how disappointed I was that a technician came and connected a device to make it work as a Smart TV. I have honestly never experienced such poor service at a hotel before. If you don’t want your vacation in Greece—especially in Crete—to be disappointing, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The refrigerator in the room was completely empty. In most hotels, the minibar is at least stocked with drinks and snacks, even if they come at an extra charge. Here, it was completely empty. Another major disappointment was the breakfast. We stayed for six days, and the menu never changed. Every single morning it was exactly the same, and the food was not tasty.”
