“We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. A special mention goes to Stella at reception, who was always kind, smiling, and extremely helpful throughout our check-in process and stay. Her warm attitude made us feel welcome from the very beginning. We were also very impressed by the Drita responsible for housekeeping, who did an exceptional job maintaining the property. She ensured we always had fresh towels, assisted us whenever needed. At the bar, Roberto provided excellent service and made the best gin and tonics. He was always friendly, attentive, and created a very pleasant atmosphere. During breakfast and dinner, Ergi made our dining experience effortless and enjoyable. He was consistently polite, helpful, and ensured we were well taken care of at all times. Overall, our experience was excellent and very welcoming. We even wished to extend our stay by two additional days, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, which is understandable given how popular it is. This simply means we will need to plan better next time. We are very grateful to all the staff for making our stay so memorable and would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.”
