“The location of the hotel is convenient, being close to the beach. The rooms were adequate. However, it was unusual to find 3-in-1 instant coffee provided in the room without a kettle. Communication was also a challenge at times, as the receptionist on duty for part of the day did not speak English. According to the information provided, meals were to be served in two shifts due to the limited number of tables in the restaurant. In reality, there was no second serving. If you did not arrive right when the restaurant opened, there was very little food left to choose from—if anything at all. Throughout the entire week, feta cheese and olives were only offered once, and even accessing watermelon required rushing to the restaurant as soon as it opened. The pool bar was supposed to open at 10 a.m., but the bartender was often absent, and guests ended up making their own drinks, which was quite unusual. The wooden flooring around the pool area is in poor condition and can cause splinters. Overall, the service and amenities did not meet the expectations of a four-star hotel.”
