“The staff was really nice and helpful the whole time. The beach is two minutes away from the hotel. The food was average at best. The room was cleaned once because the staff won’t clean it in the morning like everywhere else and would come at 3 pm, right when my baby is sleeping. The kids pool wasn’t open and no one could tell us why. There was this huge company of around 30 people and their screaming kids with a professional speaker and they will party right next to the main pool from 9 pm to 1 am playing music super loud and the hotel manager didn’t say a word… and the worst thing was that all of the families with kids and babies were at rooms right next to the main pool so no kid was able to sleep at night. This is not a 5 star hotel for sure!”
