“Nothing, especially useless reception and service quality! We were very disappointed with our stay. This hotel does not meet the standard of a 4-star property and is definitely not worth the price we paid. From the moment we checked in, we had multiple issues with our room. The shower and toilet were leaking, leaving a large puddle of water in the middle of the bathroom floor at all times. There was mould throughout the shower area. The TV did not work. The air conditioning was in terrible condition, blowing dusty-smelling air and barely cooling the room even when set to 16°C. The walls and lamps were stained and dirty. The entire hotel feels more like an old outdated holiday resort than a modern 4-star hotel. The most frustrating part was that we reported the leaking toilet and shower to reception several times over three days. Every time we were told that someone would come and fix it. Nobody ever did. We spent our holiday sleeping in a hot room and constantly trying to avoid the large puddle of water in the bathroom. The food was mediocre and repetitive. For an all-inclusive hotel, the variety was very limited. The alcoholic drinks were low quality, with only unknown brands available. There is almost no entertainment. The hotel has only one pool and the only activity available was a single pool table for the entire hotel, which costs an additional €2 per game. Another major issue was parking. The hotel advertises parking, but there are not enough spaces for guests. When we could not find a parking space and asked reception for help, we were simply told to look elsewhere and find a place on the street ourselves. The reception staff showed very little interest in helping guests and none of our problems were resolved during our stay. The Wi-Fi was also extremely poor and often struggled even with basic apps and social media. Overall, this hotel is significantly overpriced. In our opinion, the price should be much lower considering the condition of the rooms, the facilities and the level of service provided.”
