“- The guys at the poolbar were nice and polite. The food at the poolbar was normally priced, the portions were big, and tasty. -The massage at the Spa was great. - The breakfast was superb. So many things to choose from. Cold, warm, fruit etc. - Despite booked very early with the request for an early check-in, when we arrived this was not possible. - We had to change in the toilet to be able to get into our bathing suites. - One of the females at the reception clearly had no desire to do her job (the tablet dark haired). There was hardly information given. For example where to find the elevator and the restaurant for breakfast. I have been working a long time as a touroperator representative, mainly in 3 and 4 star hotels at Malta and Fuerteventura where the reception was more welcoming than here.”
