“This property advertised that they provide transportation to/from airport. This is a lie. The do nt provide transportation to/from airport. I went as far as to have an expedia agent speak directly to the hotel the day before i arrived to confirm that i would be picked up and the hotel confirmed i would be picked up but no one was at the airport to puck me up fron the hotel. I was hassled and harrassed by multipme cab drivers st the airport while waiting to get picked up.. I finally called the hotel after waiting for an hour and was told i was not going to be picked up. I ended up having to endanger my life by getting in a cab with a stranger by myself, a single fe.ale. in a strange country. Thst was the scariest experience of myife. I was afraid/scared deinately traumatized by this incident. No explanation was offered, apologies made or attempts made to compensate me for the inconvenience. Yo make matters worse. When it was time for me to leave and i enquired about a ride back to the airport o was told transportation is not provided. This hotel loes about services it offer”
