“I would strongly advise others to think twice before staying at this hotel. The staff were some of the rudest and most unprofessional I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying guest. Simple requests were met with abrupt, dismissive responses, and there was no sign of basic customer service or hospitality. The attitude of several staff members was completely unacceptable and left me feeling uncomfortable throughout my visit. It’s a real shame because the hotel itself has potential, but the behaviour of the staff completely ruined the experience. No guest should be made to feel unwelcome or spoken to with such disrespect. I won’t be returning, and I certainly can’t recommend this hotel to anyone expecting friendly, professional service. Management seriously needs to address the attitude and training of their staff before more customers are driven away.”
