“Overall it was not worth the price. We prioritized this hotel knowing we’d have a pool included and netflix, as it was described, but nobody mentioned it wouldn’t work, there was no netflix, no toothbrush or toothpaste as it was mentioned the hair dryer was not working properly so we weren’t able to our hair whatsoever and on top of that the electricity went off in the morning, in the middle of a shower and our preparation for check out, very bad experience, won’t go there ever again and won’t recommend anyone. I insist on getting some refund for this because this is ridiculous!!!”
