“This apartment was perfect for our stay in Batumi. It was clean, super close to the beach, and had an amazing view from the balcony. The air-conditioning wasn't working initially, but the owner was quick to respond, and we got it sorted. I have seen reviews about the elevators taking a while, to be honest, the longest we had to wait 5 minutes. The neighbourhood was really nice, and the Esplanade was lovely to walk along. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom had a nice big shower with great water pressure. The room looked exactly like the pictures. I liked everything. This is more like an FYI. Reception can be busy at times, so make sure you pre plan for that. Also there is no cutlery, so if your planning on cooking, you will need to factor this in. We ate out so it didn't bother us. It's also about a 40 minute walk into the main town, so just be aware, we were fine, as we just wanted the beach, bolts are very cheap though and can get you into town quickly.”
