“DO NOT STAY HERE. This was the worst hotel experience ever. Room was disgusting: Stained bed sheets/pillows, dirty bathroom and floors, insects everywhere. Completely unsanitary. Everything broken: Leaky toilet, noisy, rocking refrigerator, broken TV/blinds/windows, exposed electrical wires (safety hazard!), hard uncomfortable beds. Service awful: Requested room change due to conditions - told nothing available. Staff unhelpful throughout stay. False advertising: Booked suite with pool view, got makeshift front room with no privacy. Booked package with breakfast included but was charged $25 daily for breakfast. Outdated everything: Ancient appliances, water damaged furniture, exposed outlets. Kitchen had minimal supplies and exposed wiring throughout. The room was essentially uninhabitable. For the price paid $1,600+ (breakfast cost separate), this was completely unacceptable. Multiple safety issues and false advertising make this place dangerous and dishonest. Tried to contact them with Expedia. They refuse to speak with us or acknowledge the deplorable conditions of the place. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else! ”
