“Great location. Lovely and spacious place. Sanjay do refund my security deposit. It’s been nearly two weeks of no communication and messages and calls unanswered. I’m still chasing my security deposit to this day. Phone number never goes through. Messages are not responded to. Expedia seem unable to help yet listing is under Expedia, so be careful when you book this property. I’ve also received receipts from Heathrow apartments in my email that are not my payments. So I don’t know who they belong to but no one answers messages or phone calls. The instructions were to close gate but it was broken and it nearly came crashing on us and car. You won’t be able to check in without paying a “refundable security deposit” which I’m having to chase up everyday for nearly two weeks when the phone number provided is not working and messages ignored. Escalated through Expedia and they are using the same contact I have and so no response from Expedia even after the 72hours response time promised. Facebook contact and url link to property is broken. ”
