“The property looked very quaint and was in a nice location .. We dined at the hotel with friends then we were shown to our room.. there was no explanation regarding facilities etc .,and because the staff were busy no one got back to us with our queries re :- a cold room , no hot water .. it did eventually come on , The lights were flickering and it took us ages to work out how to turn them on and off..The coffee was stale and the mini bar prices were extortionate! So overall no we were not happy with our stay .. thank goodness we had a good price from Expedia.. or we would have been really cheesed off .. ”
