“The Spa area was very nice & staff their were very good. The reception staff were welcoming. The waiting staff need more training & the senior supervisor needs to be more humble & less aggressive when being told of customer concerns. Disappointing stay 26-28June. No Air Con in room, 2 fans provided which just circulated hot air. Air con in dining room didn’t work & the meal I had Pasta Alfredo was suppose to e (cream base) but was swimming in oil. Supervisor noted “thats how it’s made” very defensive. Breakfast, nothing special. Only 3 staff working Friday, was told (full compliment) even though we had to wait ages for drinks & food, & keep reminding them we were still waiting. Beds very lumpy; only good thing was the swimming pool & sauna. Make sure you screen shot on website the feee use of spa or they will charge you.”
