“We arrived on a rainy Saturday afternoon to the Loans Inn, plenty ample sized parking slots were available and not too far to walk in the rain to the restaurant door. We were met by extremely friendly staff who showed us to a lovely table beside the window. We had reserved a table but not specifically by a window so this was a bonus, however, the entire place is beautifully decorated and any table would have been acceptable. The menus were brought and have a huge selection of choices for lunch/dinner. We picked from the 2 courses for £19.95 and expected a smaller portion of the full menu, however, this was not the case. Both of us struggled to finish the full 2 courses and we were delighted with the quality and taste of all the food we had. It is a gem of a place and we will certainly go again for lunch or dinner. Great food, great choice and lovely, friendly service and plenty of staff on hand.”
