“The location was excellent....the main reason for us choosing this apartment in the first place. There was safe parking and the heating system was good. Overall the apartment was grubby (stained carpets, dirty dishes and dirty cutlery in the kitchen cupboards, stained tea towel) There was a huge tear on the back of the front door, with the fabric hanging off. Stairs up to the apartment were very steep. In the bathroom, there was no shelving at all, (or any other flat surface) so nowhere to put toilet bags, except on the floor! In the shower, there was no soap dish or anywhere to put shampoo etc, except on the floor of the shower. In both bedrooms, although there were bedside lamps, there were no power points nearby for one of the lights-we had to buy extension cords & plug in to a power point across the room-not very safe to be walking over in case of tripping on it. The bedsheets were extremely thin. There were no printed instructions anywhere explaining about internet, where to put garbage, how to separate it etc & other helpful information. I had to contact the owners for answers.”
