“The location was ideal, the staff were friendly and the food was good. When we arrived, the room that we were given was not cleaned or prepared following the previous guests. There were dirty, wet towels on the bathroom floor, the beds had not been stripped or made up. It looked as if it had been completely forgotten by the cleaners. On reporting this to Reception, rather than apologising the duty receptionist offered us clean towels and was a little taken back when we asked for the room to be made up or offered a different room.”
