“After a four-hour journey with my 11-year-old daughter to attend a gig in Glasgow, we arrived at the hotel and encountered a minor issue due to an error with Booking.com. Chris immediately stepped in and looked after us brilliantly. He invited us to the bar and kindly offered complimentary drinks while he worked to resolve the situation, something that was especially appreciated after travelling on one of the hottest days of the year. Although the issue was not the hotel’s fault, Chris handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He went above and beyond to ensure the problem was resolved quickly and that our stay remained enjoyable and stress free. Thanks to his efforts, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a truly memorable one.
