“Beautiful location. Cosy rooms. Excellent food. Friendly staff. I booked this accommodation specifically because it had EV charging on site. When I was called about checking in on the morning of my visit I asked again if the chargers were available and I was told yes. On arrival I discovered that they were not working and the staff were not sure how they worked. This was disappointing. Many people have EV cars and if they have chargers they should be available. Staff should also be aware of how they work and appreciate the importance of them.”
