“The blanket. I hate duvets, but they also provided a soft blanket that was perfect. Nice towels, excellent shower. Close to the train station and close to a lot of interesting cafes and pubs. Staff was courteous and professional and unobtrusive. The hotel is next to one of the best city parks I've seen. The South Inch. The pond had the best bird show ever. The room (The Tay Room) was right above the kitchen vents so I smelled whatever was cooking. The toilet never emptied all the way without a lot of flushing. The mirror and shower soap were mounted too high. The restaurant was a bit posh for me, but see above. They said they took American Express but couldn't get it to go through.”
