“Firstly, check in details arrive on the morning of your trip. Our Entrance was down a side alley that leads to a slots bar and cab office. Called the number is advise we were earlier that the 3pm check in time (as per the details on this website when booking) to be told not a problem room is ready, arrived to be told by the cleaner check in was 3.30 and room was clearly not ready, she very kindly allowed us to place our cases in the room so we could go out. When we returned later, we found the room to be extremely tiny with the smallest double bed (although comfortable) not really large enough for a couple. Very clean and it was a nice surprise to have find we had a private kitchen facility. Shower door was very stiff. Not as advertised- no continental breakfast in the shared area. Although there was a coffee machine which frequently ran out of beans/milk and was not replenished until the following day, occasionally a small selection of biscuits. - daily cleaning - our room was not cleaned at all after our arrival. - complementary items not as advertised Room was very warm, air conditioning did work but very noisy. Unable to sleep whist it was on. No windows in bedroom except for a skylight. Skylight could be opened however due to the noise from the cab office and slots bar in the early hours it had to be closed. Lots of noise from other guests returning up the stairs and along the hallways, floorboards definitely need attending to. ”
