“Ideal location to visit Son at Uni, easy parking, location for bus stop into Norwich, staff really lovely and helpfull. Facilities in room was good, tea coffee and biscuits with kettle, and small fridge in the room. Slight issue with drain smell in the bathroom, possible sink water trap, running this for a while helped though, unfortunately we were woken to the fire alarm going off at 2am, due to students who live below the hotel, security officer came and checked, no other personnel at the time, not sure how it is recorded who is in the building and who is not? Thankfully this was not a fire, but aerosol deodrant issue. Overall great that they offer hotel accommodation on campus and at a reasonable price, served the purpose for what we needed the room for. We would use again as a good option. ”
