“A bit wary about staying in Travelodge as have stayed in a couple of ropey ones -mainly down south. Would normally go for Premier inn but the positive reviews and cheap price was too hard to resist. The hotel itself was clean and easily accessible and with the added bonus of an on-site car park in the town centre - 10 minute walk to all amenities. The room was clean and comfortable albeit a bit of a trek from reception. The only down point was that I mistakenly booked the wrong day but quickly amended it to the day before but was charged £12,50 for this privilege but otherwise would recommend this hotel”
