“We stayed here for 2 nights, once before our flight from Newcastle airport and again on our return to the UK to rest before a long drive home after a late flight. We were greeted warmly on both occasions. We had dinner on the night of our arrival and it was very tasty and reasonable. The main reception/bar area has a nice pre holiday vibe to it. The rooms were very comfortable for our stay with 2 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 12. Rooms were exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was a peaceful area which made it easy to sleep. We drove to/from the airport in around 5 minutes. Nothing. All perfect.”
