“The staff were fine but the room had multiple issues: Toilet seat lid that fell off as it was not connected to the seat Dressing table stool had loose leg Brown stains on walls and doors Bathroom sink plug did not work No hairdryer in room No hook or rail at all in bathroom to hang towels Carpet in corridor very dirty with sundry tears fixed with gaffer tape Treads on internal corridor steps damaged and potentially dangerous ”
