“The location suited our needs. When we arrived the air conditioning was on in the room so we had to sit with our coats on and wait for the room to warm up. When we decided to have a bath, there was no hot water (in the evening) it was just luke-warm, and then the plug wouldn't come out of the bath meaning we had to leave it in, so we couldn't shower the next morning. I then went to run the hot water tap in the morning to wash, and it was freezing cold (at 8.15 am). When we went to check out, the facility didn't have a reception so we couldn't even comment on the conditions. There was damp on the bedroom ceiling from a leak above, the paint was peeling off the window sill. It was, for £89 the worst stay I have had in accommodation.”
