“We paid top price and had a room with now window! We were awake most of the night due to loud noise/music which finally ended at 4 am. On arrival we were informed that our breakfast would be at another hotel around the corner. This was not to the same standard as the victory hotel. Basement room with no windows or sound proofing!”
