“+ clean, modern room + tea and coffee maker in the room + really comfortable bed + excellent location, a 3 minute walk to gloucester road tube station, plenty of shops and cafes around - no staff on site in case of issues - on the first night we only had freezing cold water in the shower, even though there was warm water in the sink. after contacting the staff on whatsapp I was told they will look into it, but didnt receive ant further reply that evening. a guy came in the morning to take a look, but the water fixed itself until then. looking at previous reviews, this looks like it happens often and it was insanely inconvenient - we got the basement room which has little to no natural light. even though the days were sunny we had to put the lights on - room was freezing cold at night and we had to pur the heater on, even with it being mid june and 25 degrees outside”
