“The ensuite twin-bed room was perfect for what I and my travel companion needed. The shower was easy to use, the facilities were clean, the beds nice and the shelf was useful. The morning breakfast was really good (I was delighted with the fresh fruit on the hot days!) and was available for a good amount of time (6:30am-10:30am). I also really appreciated the water refill stations in the lobby which had lovely cold water. It was great that the room was ready early (before 2pm) so that we could check in and leave our luggage about 12:45pm. And I really have to say how welcoming Khan was when we arrived in the lobby. He was extremely welcoming, friendly and warm; thank you Khan 😊! It was a good first impression of the hotel 👍🏻. The reception staff were also approachable and helpful, for example when requesting a fan or asking for directions. The biggest problem was how stuffy and hot the room was, due to the heatwave and a lack of air conditioning. However, we did receive a fan upon request which helped a bit. We had some trouble trying to sign in to the WiFi, although we got it sorted with some help from staff. **Tip for customers wanting water at breakfast: it is located between the apple and orange juice!** The label is vertical instead of horizontal so it's easy to miss! I had read in the reviews about the single chair and small table, so I knew in advance. Still, the room was suitable for our short 2-nighy stay, with the exception of high temperatures!”
