“Our stay was fabulous. I can't recommend the NoMad enough and hope to return! We are extremely appreciative that the NoMad recognized our Lifetime Diamond Status and upgraded us. It made our stay extremely special. Harsha was very kind at our check in. She went above and beyond to let us know about the upgrade, gave us a drink voucher (for our Bday celebrations), and made sure we were able to check in a little early – she was a treasure. Other experiences we greatly noticed and appreciated: 1. The décor all over the hotel and rooms is gorgeous and luxurious. 2. The little details in the room, i.e.: the Dyson, the slippers, cookie treat upon arrival, waters, dust cloths for our glasses, pen/notepad, robes, etc. 3. Lovely breakfast 4. The library for a quiet cocktail 5. The staff is exceptional – from the doormen to the front desk to housekeeping. 6. The location was perfect and walkable . 7. Our room was cleaned better than many hotels we stay at. 8. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.”
