“The evening staff at Gillray's restaurant were phenomenal. Vineet, Ruchika, and Saurabh went above and beyond to make our stay special. Since this USA-to-London trip was my son's dream, they made sure we had the best possible view of Big Ben during our visit to Gillray's. Their kindness and attention to detail created a memory that my son and I will always cherish. We truly appreciated their exceptional hospitality, and the next time we visit London, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. I stayed here with my 4-year-old son and my brother from July 7–11, and we had a wonderful experience overall. The only downside was the check-in process. It was slow, and although the official check-in time was 3:00 p.m., we arrived around noon and had to wait in the lobby until our room was ready at 3:00 p.m. I had contacted the hotel in advance to ask about the possibility of an early check-in, but unfortunately it could not be confirmed.”
