“My wife and I completed our second stay at Hotel Xenia and we look forward to coming back. It checks a lot of boxes for a great hotel in London. Hospitality is the biggest thing. Khaled checked us in and provided a warm welcome. He was so kind and anticipated our needs. For example, Khaled proactively booked a cab to take us to the airport on departure day because he knew it was raining and cabs could be hard to come by. The entire staff was like that: friendly, attentive, and focused on providing a great experience. We enjoyed a nice brunch in the hotel restaurant. Like most hotels, the brunch was pricey, but the food quality and gracious, attentive service made up for it. Our room was small, but that's the norm in cities like London. It was nicely furnished, very clean, and very comfortable. Hotel Xenia is at the top of our list the next time we look for a hotel in London.”
